TSR-L which is also known as block rubber is graded according to precise technical parameters such as dirt content, ash content, nitrogen content, volatile matter and properties of the rubber such as its Wallace Plasticity (PO) and its Plasticity Retention Index (PRI).

Skim Rubber is a material which results from the production of latex concentrate by centrifugation. After the centrifugation process, some 5-10% of the total rubber, together with an enhanced proportion of the non-rubber constituents of the original latex, remain in the serum phase to form ‘skim latex’. Neutralization and coagulation of this latex by appropriate methods then gives ‘skim rubber’.

TSR-CV is produced from high quality field latex. Rubber is viscosity stabilized at narrow money viscosity range. TSR-CV Rubbers are generally softer than conventional grades. Coupled with its constant viscosity feature, it provides a unique cost advantage in eliminating the premastication process and high reject rates, when used in open mill the rubber forms coherent band almost instantaneously thus increasing the milling through put. The non-scorch characteristics of the rubber will permit higher curing temperature to be adopted without risk of rejects.
