Valex Group was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between specialty material producers and manufacturers across the Americas. What started as a focused commercial initiative quickly evolved into a specialized distribution network serving the rubber, elastomer, and related industries across multiple markets.
Launched in January 2020, Valex Group began supplying nitrile latex from Brazil and natural latex from Guatemala to the U.S., supporting manufacturers during the unprecedented surge in demand for medical gloves and protective solutions.
Expanded into Natural Rubber and FSC-certified Natural Latex. Partnered with DOG Chemie for process solutions. Grew our customer base to Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
Extended our reach to Canada and deepened our presence in the Colombian market, further consolidating our footprint across North and South America as a specialized rubber supplier.
Built new supplier alliances with natural rubber producers across multiple origins, broadening our Natural Rubber and Natural Latex grade offering and strengthening supply chain resilience.
Opened our regional office in Mexico. Established a distribution alliance with Tokai Carbon CB for carbon black. Became a certified Women-Owned Business (WBENC).
Expanded portfolio, supplier network, and customer base across Mexico and the US. Established new partnerships with Avanzare and LD Tecno, further strengthening our specialty materials offering.
